How to do it
We realise that having a car immediately available is very important to many of us, but it is not a given everywhere. With us, however, it is!
Most of our vehicles are pre-ordered based on demand forecasts in advance of stock. So you can have them available virtually immediately.
What's more, if our customers express an interest in a vehicle from the AVIS MAXIRENT range that is not immediately available in stock, they receive a vehicle from our running fleet and mobility is assured again without waiting!
THE PROCEDURE IS SIMPLE!
You fill in the information form with the choice of the vehicle you are interested in. You choose your chosen contract term and prepaid mileage limit.
We will then contact you promptly.
We will prepare all the necessary documents, including the order and the deposit invoice, and send them to you electronically for confirmation.
Upon our receipt of your confirmed documents in electronic form and payment of the security deposit for the vehicle, we will notify you of the earliest possible delivery date of the vehicle from our driving fleet and the estimated delivery date of the ordered vehicle.
If you wish to drive immediately, we will provide you with a vehicle without waiting from our rental fleet at already discounted terms.
Once the ordered vehicle is delivered, we will exchange vehicles if you have used a temporary replacement vehicle. From this point on, the fixing period you have ordered starts.
