You will then receive an automatically generated indicative quote from the system. The entity requesting the lease is sent for approval. After approval, you will receive a price offer from the sales team, which, if you accept, you will receive a binding order and an advance invoice for the payment of the deposit, in case it needs to be paid. After signing the order (and possible payment of the deposit), the vehicle is ready from the warehouse, fleet, or ordered for production according to its current availability. After delivery of the vehicle, the connection that you ordered with the given vehicle and mileage starts.

In the case of SZČO, in addition to the ID number, it is also necessary to send a scan / photograph of the identity and driver's license on both sides. In the case of a legal entity, it is not necessary to send any documents. The landlord draws on data available on web databases, universal or central registers.

    You can really start driving right away. However, the availability of the vehicles themselves is individual. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the availability of individual vehicles directly on our website, in the price offer received, or inquire about a sales representative. Some vehicles are available in stock immediately within a few working days, some in our fleet as well as within a few working days, some within a month or two, and some new vehicles need to be put into production and wait about 3 months. However, we can always provide you with a temporary vehicle from our rental fleet practically immediately within 24 hours of signing the order, so that we can provide you with mobility if necessary.

    The rental begins on the day the vehicle is picked up. The Lessee is obliged to take over the vehicle within 5 days of the Lessor's request. Otherwise, the rental period begins to run automatically after a 5-day period.

    You can rent a car for a period of your choice, from 3 to 36 months. However, the bond you choose is binding and fixed. If you hand over the vehicle earlier or it is taken away from you due to a breach of contract, you will not avoid sanctions for early termination of the contract.

If a pre-announced change of vehicle occurs during the contract, it is necessary to observe the mileage limit on individual vehicles during the period of their use in order to avoid charging over-limit kilometers.

    You can receive the vehicle with both an empty and a full tank, depending on the length of the rental and the type of vehicle you choose. It is not possible to define it precisely. In any case, you return each vehicle with the condition of the tank with which you took it over. In the case of returning a vehicle with a lower tank condition with which you took it over, you will be charged a refueling fee in accordance with the price list of fees.

In addition to the above, we also offer passenger minibuses with a capacity of up to 9 people and commercial vehicles of various brands up to 3.5 tons.

We use our contractual services with which we have signed an exclusive cooperation and therefore it is not possible to visit any service for any of the above reasons.

If it is an insured event caused by you, another road user or road conditions, please call the Allianz assistance service. Assistance services will provide you with maximum cooperation 24 hours 7 days a week. On working days, contact the landlord immediately by email / telephone and follow his instructions. In case of working holiday or peace, contact us on the next working day.

Allianz's assistance service will provide a replacement vehicle free of charge for 3 days in the event of an accident. If you were not the perpetrator of the accident, we will provide you with a replacement vehicle from the fleet of our rental company for the remaining number of days, while we will claim compensation for rental costs from the compulsory contractual insurance of the perpetrator of the accident. The assistance services of the manufacturers provide a replacement vehicle in case of failure or immobility of the vehicle for 3 or more days, depending on the severity of the defect on the vehicle.

Invoicing and finance

    When using the AVIS MaxiRent service, the advance payment is not paid in a certain percentage value from the purchase price of the vehicle. After the non-binding request has been removed, each entity is sent for approval to the relevant department. This department determines and evaluates the financial creditworthiness of the client, on the basis of which it determines the justification of the deposit and its actual amount needed to deliver the vehicle for rent. This deposit is refundable upon termination of the rental and return of the vehicle.
  • How is the deposit amount calculated?

    The amount of the deposit is calculated from the monthly rent without VAT for the selected vehicle. Its maximum amount is 5 times the monthly rent. However, in rare cases, in the case of poor or insufficient creditworthiness of the client, the client may be proposed to make a higher deposit, or the entity is rejected altogether.

    The deposit is paid when signing a binding order, ie when ordering a vehicle. Only on the basis of the paid deposit is the vehicle withdrawn for rent or ordered for production. According to this tax document, the rent is always paid in advance for the given month, while the installment must be credited to the lessor's account on the second day of the month in which the service is delivered to the lessee.

    Yes, part of the services included in the lease are compulsory contractual insurance as well as accident insurance. If the damage to your vehicle was caused by a third party, this damage is covered by the third party's UGS. You do not pay for the co-participation. In the event of damage caused by you without any other fault, or the culprit is unknown, such damage is covered by our accident insurance and the co-participation that you are obliged to pay applies.
